Staying Fit and Strong with Maria Ende In-Person

Join Maria EndeACE Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor/Senior Fitness Specialist/SCW Kettlebell Instructor, for a 1-hour low impact fitness class. 

With the use of our bodyweight, chairs, bands & light weights, the class will focus on improving overall health.   We will be building our strength, improving balance, mobility and increasing our endurance, all of which will enhance our activities of daily life. 

Recommended Items:

  • Light hand weights 
  • 1 or 2 resistance bands/tubes (yellow, green, red)
  • Water bottle

    Program dates: May 7, 21, 28, June 4th,11th,18th,25th. (7 sessions)

          Library Fee: $18  (7 sessions)          .

Make check or money payable to Island Trees Public Library.

Non-residents  may register the week before class begins if there is room.
